She writes about keeping healthy snacks on hand, like Corazonas, saying, "Keep easily-transportable snacks like granola bars, cheese sticks and fresh fruit with you at all times. If you plan on carrying snack bars with you, just be careful about the type of bar you pack – look for bars made of whole grains, rolled oats and other real ingredients. Bars like Nature’s Path and Corazonas both make the cut.”
