My husband of 15 years was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol. The doctor put him on statins, but it got me thinking... are we eating like we should be? As of that day, we have been buying tons of fresh fruits and veggies. For the first time in our lives, we are reading labels... checking the fat, cholesterol, and sodium contents. I must admit, I beam with pride when my 14 year old calls out in the grocery store, "Wow! I have changed the way I eat about 8 years ago. I do not usually add chips to my new way of eating, but I do add your chips to it now...I just love them. – Nancy, IL
I am a huge snacker so instead of eating high fat potato chips and pretzels, I eat Corazonas chips everyday as an energizing snack, or with my lunch sandwich. Also, in order to get more exercise in, I walk at least 30 minutes a day which is great because it gives me time to destress after work, and still get in my exercise to feel better about myself. – Stephanie, NV
